Blade Fatigue Tester
The equipment is a special equipment used for blade fatigue testing. PLC+HMI+PC is used to automatically control the two fatigue testing machines respectively. By setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system intelligently controls the working frequency of the motor to keep it within the maximum allowable stress range, so as to achieve rapid fatigue and obtain the use data.

The equipment is a special equipment used for blade fatigue testing. PLC+HMI+PC is used to automatically control the two fatigue testing machines respectively. Real-time display of the following information:
blade amplitude, frequency, strain, number of tests (cumulative number, set number); motor speed, frequency; inverter output voltage, current, frequency;
歷(li)史記(ji)錄(lu),根據(ju)設定(ding)時間週(zhou)期(qi)記錄葉(ye)片(pian)振(zhen)幅(fu)、應(ying)變、週(zhou)期(qi)、頻率(lv)以(yi)及(ji)對應(ying)的時(shi)間(jian)(ms);
Closed-loop control, by setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system automatically adjusts the working frequency of the motor, so that the actual value is within the allowable deviation of the set value;
報(bao)錶功(gong)能(neng),控製輭件(jian)可(ke)以(yi)根(gen)據(ju)需(xu)求生成(cheng)實(shi)驗數據報(bao)錶;
History record, according to the set time period to record the blade amplitude, strain, period, frequency and the corresponding time (ms);
Reporting function, the control software can generate the experimental data report according to the demand;
1、實(shi)時顯(xian)示以下(xia)信(xin)息:葉片(pian)振幅(fu)、頻率、應變(bian)、試(shi)驗(yan)次(ci)數(纍計(ji)次(ci)數、設(she)定(ding)次(ci)數);電(dian)機轉(zhuan)速、頻(pin)率(lv);變(bian)頻器(qi)輸(shu)齣(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)流、頻率;

2、閉(bi)環控(kong)製:通(tong)過設(she)定葉片應(ying)變(bian)咊振(zhen)幅(fu),係統自動調(diao)節電機(ji)的工(gong)作(zuo)頻率(lv),使(shi)實際值(zhi)在設定值的允(yun)許(xu)偏(pian)差範圍內(nei);
