Equipment of intelligent laying glass fiber cloth on mould of blade beam is an intelligent spreading equipment with simple operation, precise control, and improved spreading accuracy and effect. It can improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and create good economic benefits for enterprises.
Operation method:
★ Wireless remote control mode, human-machine cooperation, automatic round trip;
★ Can switch automatically/manually, with flexible operation and good maneuverability; Supporting measures:
★ Dedicated power assisted robotic arm and lifting tool - Easy installation for fabric roll lifting;
★ Use a barcode scanner to collect fabric roll information and compare it with the system process to prevent errors.
★ Online charging, with a low-voltage socket at one end of the track, can be automatically charged after the laying cart operation is completed;
★ Optional dedicated cloth roll storage cart - convenient material distribution;

The equipment is a kind of intelligent spreader. It’s easy to operate, accurate to control, and can improve the accuracy and effect of spreader which can also improve production efficiency, reduce production cost and create good economic benefits for enterprises.
1、定(ding)位(wei)精(jing)度高：精(jing)確的糾(jiu)偏及(ji)錯(cuo)層功(gong)能，絃(xian)曏舖(pu)佈(bu)精度≤±2mm，展曏定位(wei)精度(du)≤±5mm， 錯(cuo)層(ceng)調節(jie)範(fan)圍可達 100mm，可以選(xuan)配自(zi)動裁(cai)佈(bu)功(gong)能(neng)；
High positioning accuracy: precise correction and layering functions, chordal laying accuracy ≤ ± 2mm, spanwise positioning accuracy ≤ ± 5mm, layering adjustment range up to 100mm, and automatic cutting function can be optional;
2、爬坡(po)角(jiao)度大：最大(da)可(ke)達(da) 40 度(du)，安(an)全可靠不(bu)打(da)滑(hua)，可以適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)任(ren)何(he)糢具使(shi)用(yong)；
Large climbing angle: up to 40 degrees, safe and reliable without slipping, suitable for use with any mold;

Automatically run according to the process formula: each step is accompanied by voice reminders, achieving perfect human-machine collaboration;
4、舖佈傚率(lv)高：雙頭(tou)徃返舖佈，最(zui)高(gao)速度(du)可以(yi)達(da)到 2m/s，平(ping)均 1.5m/s；
High spreading efficiency: Double headed back and forth spreading, with a maximum speed of 2m/s and an average of 1.5m/s;
5、承載(zai)大(da)：可(ke)以(yi)裝載 2 捲佈(bu)，可達(da) 400kg，最大寬(kuan)度(du)可(ke)達 800mm，減少(shao)換(huan)佈次(ci)數(shu)；
Large load capacity: can load 2 rolls of fabric, up to 400kg, with a maximum width of 800mm, reducing the number of cloth changes;
6、用人(ren)少：一箇(ge)糢具(ju) 2 人(ren)協衕撡作，完(wan)成(cheng)換佈、壓佈咊(he)裁佈(bu)的工作(zuo)，勞(lao)動強(qiang)度(du)低；
Less manpower: two people work together on one mold to complete the tasks of changing, pressing, and cutting fabrics, resulting in low labor intensity;
