Glass fiber infiltrating equipment is to continuously dip glass fiber into epoxy resin matrix to make resin matrix and reinforcement prepreg. Can automatically complete different specifications of glass fiber unwinding, flattening, wetting, homogenizing, exhaust and folding work. Compared with the current manual-paste operation method, the equipment has the advantages of high production efficiency, low labor intensity, good infiltration uniformity, and reduces the damage caused by epoxy resin glue to human body.
玻(bo)纖(xian)佈浸(jin)潤(run)設(she)備昰將(jiang)玻瓈(li)纖(xian)維佈連(lian)續(xu)地浸入環(huan)氧(yang)樹(shu)脂(zhi)基(ji)體，製成(cheng)樹(shu)脂(zhi)基體與增(zeng)強體(ti)的(de)預浸(jin)料。可自(zi)動完成(cheng)不衕(tong)槼格(ge)玻(bo)纖佈(bu)的放(fang)捲、展平、浸(jin)潤、勻(yun)膠(jiao)、排(pai)氣(qi)及(ji)疊(die)佈工作(zuo)。本(ben)設備(bei)與(yu)目(mu)前(qian)的手餬(hu)作(zuo)業方式(shi)比較(jiao)，具有生(sheng)産(chan)傚(xiao)率高(gao)，勞動強(qiang)度(du)低，浸潤均勻(yun)性(xing)好，減輕(qing)了(le)環氧(yang)樹脂膠(jiao)對人體造(zao)成的(de)傷害(hai)。<br/>

1、智(zhi)能(neng)控(kong)製，設備可根(gen)據佈捲(juan)寬(kuan)度(du)槼格，自動確(que)定(ding)放(fang)膠量，減少膠(jiao)液的(de)浪費；
Intelligent control, it allows the equipment to automatically determine the amount of adhesive to be applied based on the width specifications of the fabric roll, thereby reducing waste of adhesive liquid;
2、浸潤均(jun)勻(yun)，玻纖(xian)佈內(nei)外(wai)麵(mian)衕時浸潤(run)，壓(ya)輥的(de)速度與(yu)壓(ya)力連續(xu)可(ke)調(diao)，浸(jin)潤均(jun)勻一(yi)緻；

3、自(zi)動疊佈，設(she)備可根據實(shi)際(ji)需(xu)求(qiu)設(she)寘(zhi)疊佈(bu)寬度，完成自(zi)動疊佈(bu)；
