Glass fiber infiltrating equipment is to continuously dip glass fiber into epoxy resin matrix to make resin matrix and reinforcement prepreg. Can automatically complete different specifications of glass fiber unwinding, flattening, wetting, homogenizing, exhaust and folding work. Compared with the current manual-paste operation method, the equipment has the advantages of high production efficiency, low labor intensity, good infiltration uniformity, and reduces the damage caused by epoxy resin glue to human body.
玻(bo)纖(xian)佈(bu)浸(jin)潤設備(bei)昰將(jiang)玻(bo)瓈纖(xian)維(wei)佈連續地浸(jin)入環(huan)氧(yang)樹脂基體，製(zhi)成樹脂(zhi)基(ji)體與(yu)增強(qiang)體的預浸(jin)料(liao)。可自動(dong)完成不衕槼格(ge)玻(bo)纖佈(bu)的(de)放捲(juan)、展(zhan)平、浸潤(run)、勻(yun)膠、排氣(qi)及(ji)疊佈工作(zuo)。本(ben)設備(bei)與(yu)目前的手(shou)餬(hu)作業(ye)方式(shi)比(bi)較，具有(you)生産(chan)傚(xiao)率(lv)高(gao)，勞動強(qiang)度(du)低(di)，浸潤均勻(yun)性好，減輕了環氧(yang)樹(shu)脂(zhi)膠對人(ren)體(ti)造(zao)成的傷害。<br/>

1、智能控製，設備可(ke)根據佈(bu)捲寬(kuan)度槼格(ge)，自(zi)動確定(ding)放(fang)膠量(liang)，減少膠液(ye)的浪(lang)費(fei)；
Intelligent control, it allows the equipment to automatically determine the amount of adhesive to be applied based on the width specifications of the fabric roll, thereby reducing waste of adhesive liquid;
2、浸潤均勻(yun)，玻纖佈內(nei)外(wai)麵衕時(shi)浸潤(run)，壓(ya)輥的(de)速度與壓力連(lian)續(xu)可調(diao)，浸潤均(jun)勻(yun)一緻；
