The wind power bolt sleeve automatic sandblasting machine consists of a sandblasting chamber, an automatic turntable system, a spray gun swing mechanism, a continuous sandblasting system, a sand circulation system, a dust removal system, and an electrical control system. This equipment is used for automatic sandblasting treatment of the surface of pre embedded bolt sleeves, achieving processes such as surface finishing, deburring, and oxide removal.
全(quan)自動(dong)噴(pen)砂(sha)機由噴砂室、自(zi)動轉(zhuan)盤係(xi)統、噴槍(qiang)搖擺機構、連續噴(pen)砂係統、砂料(liao)循(xun)環係(xi)統、除(chu)塵(chen)係統以(yi)及(ji)電控係統組成。
本設(she)備用(yong)于對(dui)預(yu)埋螺栓套錶(biao)麵進(jin)行自(zi)動(dong)噴砂(sha)處(chu)理，達(da)到(dao)錶麵(mian)光飾(shi)、去(qu)除(chu)毛(mao)刺、去氧(yang)化(hua)皮(pi)等(deng)工藝。

1、處理傚率高,八工(gong)位轉盤連(lian)續生産,每(mei)小時處(chu)理(li)螺栓(shuan)套(tao)達120根以(yi)上:

2、兼容範圍大,可(ke)滿足(zu)長度(du)360~720mm,直逕(jing)50~80mm的(de)螺(luo)栓(shuan)套噴(pen)砂(sha)要(yao)求(qiu);
